unruly tenant
I live in a multi-family building and there is an unruly tenant that is being verbally hostile toward my family, and the landlord says to call the police every time he does it. What are my options in this matter?

Complain to the landlord in writing that this constitutes a breach of your right to quiet enjoyment of your tenancy and request he order the unruly tenant to cease and desist. Good Luck!
