Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Massachusetts
I was verbally asked to leave the apartment I share with my grandma this past Monday. I am on the lease. They said if I don't leave, they'll support my grandma in doing whatever is necessary, including a restraining order against me, to force me out. Can they do this?

I do not know who they are. It would appear your grandmother is accusing you of abuse. If a court finds you are abusing your grandmother, the court will require you to vacate the apartment.
