Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Massachusetts

My wife whom i dont get along with has invited a friends two kids to stay with us against my wishes.

the kids father whom im begining to dislike gives me lip about the 250 dollars i ask for to cover just the utility bills,my wife is pocketing the money and im stuck paying all the bills on my own and not getting a penney from her .,two teenagers 16-18..my wife is not on the title of the house..can i have the kids removed without permision from my wife and let the father deal with his own kids and issues ..how do i do it if i can?

my wife im sure behind my back is collecting money from their father in addition to the 250 or she wouldnt be doing it.my wife has said theyt were just staying three months and now its going on the third year.dept of children and family was no help to me.

This sounds like a very difficult family situation.

As the owner of the home, you may have the right to commence eviction proceedings against your guests if they will not leave. It sounds as though you have lost the ability to work together with and to trust your spouse, which may require some additional consideration.
