ok now if she gets her kids taking away will she be able to have visitaion rights and if she will can i be around her when she brings her kids to the house or can the fathers not agree with that

Alright. Stop. She has a lawyer who is more familiar with the specific facts and you are asking me what THE JUDGE WILL DECIDE. This is going to be one long and expensive court battle if she insists on letting you be anywhere near the children; her lawyer can give a more definite answer as to what is likely since he probably has more details of what is involved and who the respective parties are. ASK THE JUDGE what conditions he or she will set... it is hiss/her decision to make.
