dont know what to do
my girl got her 2 kids tooking away for being with me and the judge said that as long im in her life she cant get her kids back but shes pregnent with my kid and now she will not be with me anymore is anything i can do

You don't have any legal standing with respect to your girlfriend's children. She can file to get her children back but will have to convince the court that you are not a danger to them. If she doesn't want to be with you, that is her choice... you are not married so you don't need to get a divorce. When your child is born you can petition the court for custody/visitation.
