Is a landlord required to disclose that road repairs will be interfering with the business before signing a lease?

I think especially in the context of a commercial lease, you and your attorney would be responsible for your own due diligence. While I think the answer to your question is no, under certain circumstances the landlord's conduct could entitle you to some relief, for example, if you asked whether there were any municipal project planned during the next year and the landlord knowingly lied to induce you to sign the lease.
