all i want to do is be with this woman and raise my kid that she is having and get married i did not think this will be so difficult process so what do you think is my best bet to work around this im rally lost on this hole thing i just want to have a life you know.

Get a good lawyer or else Kim will have to choose between being with you or being with her children. Just because she has custody doesn't mean that the fathers do not have a right to protect their children from you. Nothing says that you and Kim can't get married and have a family, but no father in his right mind is going to let a convicted criminal (sex ofender) near his children.
