Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in Massachusetts
Appeal Denied
A local zoming board ruled against me. I hired an attorney to file an apppeal in the Land Court. He filed the appeal 1 day late and the land court refused to hear the appeal, therefore the Zoning Board Decision stands. Where do I go from here?
