Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in Massachusetts

scammer?
We hired an attorney to negotiate with our mortgage bank (mechanic lien problems at closing), instead she had us file Chapter 13 after giving her a retainer. Long story short, she went M.I.A. our case was dismissed, had to hire another attorney & found out she's been doing this since 2002 to other people and has a warrant out for her in Florida for fraudulent activities. Still not suspended and still as we speak, is doing this to other potential clients she has targeted thru the mail. We still might lose our house and we don't seem to be getting anywhere. Any suggestions?
