Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in Massachusetts

Unethical Attorney

I called the Mass bar overseers to report my x wife�s attorney.

They said that my Attorney should bring this before the court,

or I need to bring this before the court.

The problem is that these attorney best interests is their firms

and they are reluctant to report other attorneys

My x wife�s Attorney send Home the GAL report and my son read it.

He also assaulted me in the lobby of the court house, and my attorneys advise me not to file charges against him.

How can I hold this lawyer accountable, his behaviors have negatively affected my children?

The Mass. BBO will do nothing.
