Legal Question in Mediation in Massachusetts
over charge
I feel that my lawyer over charge me
and I requested an another bill with
proper correction, the lawyer refuse
and never get back to me and after 2
years he sent back the same bill with
a significant amount of interest can
he charge those interests.

You should request that the matter be mediated. You may choose to pay the undisputed portion of the bill, which would show a mediator your good faith.
