Legal Question in Mediation in Massachusetts
A friend owes me $2370. I lent her money and had a verbal agreement she'd pay me back. At one point the agreement was she'd pay $100 every other week. He isn't holding her word. What can I do to get her to pay me back? Asking her isn't working.

Assuming you can prove you made the loan, canceled check, emails et cetera. File a complaint in small claims court have her served and get a judgment. Then enforce it.
