Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Massachusetts

Injury

I was injured while at work as an RN Supervisor at a Boston Hospital. I have worked until 8/08, when I became too ill to work R/

T sx of PTSD. My doctors think that I should sue the hospital (that I still work for, out on LOA presently), because I received poor care at the time of injury, and no support since I returned to work 2/05.
