Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Massachusetts

I had a serious medical operation in the '80's.

My brother, who was a physician but i was not his patient, was present at the time next to me.

Now, and after 30 years, and for personal reasons, he is threatening me and blackmailing me to disclose my history medical to my family. if he does, he will literally destroy my marriage.

Is this considered breaching confidentiallity? Does he have the right to do that? My brother is a very well-known physician in the Boston area.
