Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Massachusetts
This is a medical situation where a person was givin saboxone (spelling) while taking klonapin (I googled this and it said it was a deadly cocktail) needless to say this person died the day after starting the saboxone (spelling), I don't know if I should pursue this. The other odd thing was that the visit at the Dr office had to be paid in xxx ash and he was giving a coupon to cover the cost of the script.. please advise.
