Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Massachusetts

Psychologist disciplined by the board of registration

A couple of months ago, I submitted a complaint to the MA Division of licensure, against a licensed psychotherapist, due to unethical conduct.

The MA Board of Registration (Allied/Mental Health) recently sent me a letter stating that they found cause to discipline the psychologist who received a ''verbal reprimand/warning'' (the discipline action will remain permanently in the psychologist record).

Do I have grounds to file a lawsuit?
