Legal Question in Military Law in Massachusetts
I am a 6yr veteran of the MA army national guard. I was marked AWOL for 3 day drill I(Friday morning to Sunday afternoon) and i had called my Team leader and let him know that my wife was sick and i couldn't attend drill. How can i fight this?
