a list of military rights
I've searched a lot on the internet and i can't seem to find a clearly depicted list of military rights pertaining to recruitees ie: what they can do when they sign up, if they want to change their mind, I want to know: what is the military rights pertaining to recruitees?

There is no list of rights, other than the ones listed within the UCMJ and within recruiting regulations; however, you likely will not find anything that will assist you in those manuals or regulations.
If you are interested in voiding your enlistment; generally, you will be able to do so within the first 90-180 days for "failure to adapt" or for some other justification. You should seek representation from an attorney who has experience in these matters- as you have much on the line.
