Legal Question in Military Law in Massachusetts
military disability
i was injured in boot camp, not from
training, but from drill instructor
abuse. the battalion XO had an
investigation, and i ended up getting
dropped on disability. but 30% isn't
really helping me and this injury is
really putting me behind in bills. is
there any other way i could get more
money? could i sue? would the VA be
able to help me out more?

Re: military disability
To properly answer your question more facts are needed including the results of the investigation to determine whether your right to sue would be limited by the Federal Tort Claims Statute.
Retain an attorney to review your specific fact situation.
