Legal Question in Personal Injury in Massachusetts

Hello

i have 2 scars on my hand. one from getting hurt one from the surgery the scar is on my hand an it is 2 1/2 inch the other is one inch. below the scar i lacerated all 5 extensor tendens an i cant point with my point finger i also cut the wrist tendon. how much compensation am i looking to recieve. i live in mass i only ask so i dont get screwed out of what i am going to get. this happend at work
