Legal Question in Personal Injury in Massachusetts

I am 20 years old and when i was an infant my parents took Exon Mobile to court because they spilled benzene into our drinking water. My parents lost the lawsuit because nothing had happed to my family because of the benzene. After the case was closed i suffered from 9 seizures. There is a direct link between benzene and seizures. I had to wait until i was 18 because then i could re-open the case as a separate entity from my parents. The only question that i have now is whether or not the statute of limitations would prevent me from filing a law suit?
