Legal Question in Personal Injury in Massachusetts
I have just had a serious car accident on black ice. Is there any recourse with the town for not sanding or salting? This accident resulted in the loss of my transportation to work.

Possibly. But there are strict guidelines that must be followed or the claim can be barred. Please feel free to contact me to discuss this.

Very little chance of recovery. If you can find an attorney to take this on a contingency fee, run, don't walk, and sign that attorney up immediately. Most knowledgeable and experienced attorneys would not take such a case unless there was quadriplegia involved. Best luck. JBS
