Legal Question in Personal Injury in Massachusetts

My daughters father was driving my car almost a year ago and crashed my car he was hit by someone else and I was without of my car for a week and have founf out now thathad several car problems ever since. I just found out now that he is suing my car insurance company. Iwas never informed of this and I want to find out what I can do.

Did you settle withe in insurance company for the damages to your car? If so, then you cannot recover any additional monies.
