Legal Question in Personal Injury in Massachusetts

Dog Bite

My 12 year old son was bit by my neighbors' daughters' dog on christmas day. He had to get a shot and is on antibiotics. I reported the incadent to the local police, the owner of the dog was suppose to call the dog officer with the dogs rabies shot information we have not heard from her as of yet and my son is afraid of dogs now, do I have any way to make sure that the dog does not return here again and that this will not happen to anyone else?

Re: Dog Bite

You have several choices, among which are the following:

1. Enforcement: call the police chief;

2. Litigation: call an attorney;

3. Serentity: do nothing;

Please advise

These situations can be really devistating and cause fear for years to come. You need to contact an attorney to help you. They should not charge you for an initial consultation, so you should really call. If you are unable to find an attorney close by, call me and I will try to find one for you.
