Legal Question in Personal Injury in Massachusetts

domestic personal injury

my spouse was arrested for assault and battery domestic and pleaded guilty. Can I sue him for punitive etc. Did not go to the hospital. Would I be suing him or the homeowners?

You can sue but homeowner's policy may disclaim coverage because act was intentional. Check with broker.
