Legal Question in Personal Injury in Massachusetts

I was driving in the far right lane on a 4 lane road 2 lanes going north 2 going south theres was ice on the road, there was a company truck in front of me on the lane next to me, both of us travelling in the same direction i was about 20-30 ft behind the truck, the company truck lost control and made a 180 degree turn the rear end of the truck ended up in my lane, and thats when my vehicle collided with the truck, the damage on my vehicle is on the front drivers side and on the company truck is on the rear drivers side no police report. My insurance company completed their liability investigation and found the other driver 100% at fault for the accident. they tell me to contact the other drivers company to pursue damages i call them and they tell me their driver is not at fault since it was me that hit him so they dont want to pay for any of my damages how should i deal with this?

You can either file suit yourself or you can hire an attorney to do so. The attorney, if experienced and knowledgeable, may be able to get the insurance company to see things your way by applying that knowledge and spending time on the matter. Or you can spend your own time on it and save having to pay for professional services. If you are the kind of person who is able to do this on your own and your time is not worth much, say you are retired or not employed, then you could take this on as a hobby. If you are a well paid executive you might think you could make more money doing your own job instead of trying to replicate what attorneys do, but without the experience or expertise. Good luck.
