Legal Question in Personal Injury in Massachusetts

I was driving in the parking lot of the apartment.

In the opposite side a car came and so i stopped my car. The guy who came in the opposite side came and hit our car. The bumper of our car and indicatior, safety lights werebroken on the left side. We called 911 but they told that they cannot come and asked to exchange the information. And also i called my insurance and reported the accident and gave all the details. Now the guy is coming and telling that he was coming in the right direction and he didnt do anything wrong. What we are supposed to do now? Please guide me on this..
