Re: hearing

Hi -

Do you mean a Pre-Trial conference? If so, you and the attorney for the other side will meet with a clerk/judge and schedule a trial date, and perhaps discuss the possibility of settlement, as well as procedural issues.

Feel free to contact me with questions you may have about this.

pretrial hearing?

For your sake, I hope you have an attorney. I also hope that your attorney discussed this with you.

In a pre-trial hearing, the attorney's narrow the issues, discuss what discovery needs to be done, and see how much more time is needed before the next court event.

If you have more questions, contact me.
