Legal Question in Personal Injury in Massachusetts

hurt in a department store

I WAS IN a department store when i was looking at picturesand the self came done on me . now i ended up with R.S.D. I only have 80% of my hand and arm. I lost my job after 7 years . ihave been out of work for 7 months and I cannot go back do to my accident. now i dont know what this case is worth and the insuance company is ready to settle and this for the rest of my life
