Does Ivy vs Diamond Shamrock preclude me from filing suit?

I am not a veteran but have been exposed to high levels of dioxin from a plant spill at Diamond Alkali in the late 70's. Does the class action suit filed on behalf of the veterans preclude me from filing suit for damages unrelated to agent orange?
