Legal Question in Personal Injury in Massachusetts

hi i need to know if i can get a new lawyer cause my lawyer just does care for me or my case cause i never get to talk to him he never has time to call me back i ask him to give the paper work that the settlement loan co need cause i need a 500 loan that was 3 days ago he has done noting and now he does come back intill tuesday and i need that loan by friday or am out in the st i had this lawyer for more then 7mo and i cant take him no more i got hurt in my dads car am just waiting for the 1st offer it takeing 2mo since he call me
