listing agreement with real estate agent

We listed our house for sell with a real estate agency for a term of 6 months. Now (after 2 months) we would like to remove house from the marke and then try to sell it by ourselves. How long we have to wait before we list this house again? Do we have to wait for the agreement to expire?

Yes, if not longer. The written terms of the agreement sometimes state that if you sell to a buyer they identified or could have identified within ____ months after the 6 month contract you have to give them a fee. READ the agreement, then try to negotiate with Realtor.
