Legal Question in Personal Injury in Massachusetts
My neighbor had a visitor over last night that parked partially in my driveway. I had to leave to get my daughter, and while looking in drivers side mirror, accdiently hit the friends car. Approximatly one third of her vehicle was in my driveway, the remaining on my neighbors lawn. She has since submitted a claim to my insurance company for the damages. Is there anything legal I can do to fight this?

Parking the car improperly does not give you the right to hit the car and cause damage. I don't konw of any anything legal you can do to fight this. Of course, you can sue for trespass if the car was on your property but you can only recover your actual damaages. Your actual damages would not include damages for you hitting their car.
You can see if you can file for a trespass charge. Otherwise, I agree with Alan.
