Can someone watch you with a computer survallience camera and get away with invading your privacy? (Neighbors) Are there any laws regarding this?

Your neighbors are violating the criminallaw and the civil law. To end it quickly, file a complaint with the police. On the civil side, you can sue for invasion of privacy. Amount of damages is difficult to assess. Consult with an attorney of your choice.
