It is quite disheartening to hear this type of behaviour in adults. You have a claim if you can prove first that they did it and then that you have pain and suffering as a result. If you would like to speak to me, Pasquale Calcagno, Esq. of Calcagno & Associates for a free consultation call 1(800)WE-FIGHT or visit our helpful website at www.ny-injurylawyer.com. Thank you.

If you have the evidence then there is a claim provided you have suffered harm. In order to pursue any legal matters, the plaintiff has to have suffered some type of damages. If you or someone you know as suffered, then a claim can be brought. Any questions or concerns, please feel free to give me a call and ask for Joe or Chris
