Have question about PIP concerning lost wages compensation resulting from car accd\'t. non-worker\'s comp-related. Ins.co. mailed form asking \"gross earnings past 52 weeks.\" Was grossing $800/week at time of accd\'t, but didn\'t work for entire preceding 52 weeks for this company. In making their lost wages determination-will they divide 52 into my thus far yearly earnings to give me a figure much less than the $800/week I was making?
