Legal Question in Personal Injury in Massachusetts

i was going to rite-aid which shares a parking lot with stop&shop. i pulled into a handicap parking space and proceded to get out and lock my car,and out of no where a shopping cart ran into me, speciffically my left foot. right away it hurt. looking from where it came from inoticed other carts on the sidewalk outside the store and it looked like the cart rolled downthe part that was made into a ramp for easy access . the cart was marked stop&shop. there was no one there at the time. who is resposible if i go for an x-ray.

You are responsible. I suppose you could attempt to have your insurance company reimbursed by Stop & Shop. You may not know how to go about this but there are professionals that you could hire to assist you.
