Legal Question in Personal Injury in Massachusetts
I had a road accident which had occurred due to weather condition and the terrain of highway.In the accident,due to chain reaction,2 other cars were involved.The passenger in the other 2 car had come out and we all had spoken to each other.After 4 months,my insurance company got a claim from the guy in the middle car stating that he is undergoing some treatment and put it on the accident .that man was a fat young man.I am sure he is just trying to get money out just for nothing.My project got over and so i had to go back to my country for couple of months.Now wen i am back i got project in a different state.So i dont know wat happens in such cases.do they close the case or exactly wats the process to handle such cases.

It sounds as though you may need legal representation.
It sounds as though your insurance company was notified of the injured party's claim.
Do you know whether your insurance company has completed an investigation into liability? Do you know whether your insurance company has settled with the injured party?
Have you been sued in court by the injured party? If you have, you must notify your insurance company and hire an attorney immediately if your insurance company has not done so already.
