You should definately consult with an attorney regarding your personal injury claim. I offer free consultations and would encourage you to call me at 617-523-3200 or you may email me at [email protected] so you can further discuss your situation with me so that I can provide a more accurate response.
Thank you,
Your rights are if you can prove your damages were caused by the negligent or other wrongful conduct of the chain restaurant, then you have a right to sue that party. This is the kind of claim where you would probably do well to hire a lawyer either by the hour or on a contingent fee. Attorneys know how to present your claim and how to document it, how to prove liability and how to prove medical causation and damages, and what these claims are worth and the other other factors which affect what you could recover. I have handled a good number of similar cases over the years and I am sure there are a number of other attorneys who would have no difficulty in either getting the case investigated, adjusted and settled or filing suit and recovering damages following trial. Good luck with your claim. If I can be of further help to you my e-mail is << [email protected] >>. Regards, John Stewart
