Legal Question in Personal Injury in Massachusetts
Slipped on Ice on a Boston Main Street
My dad slipped on the ice on a Main Street in the city of Boston, near a Fast Food restaurant, not immediately to the restaurants doors, there is also a bus stop in the same sidewalk. Due to the fall he broke his ankle. Is anyone liable for his injury?

That depends entirely on who owns the property, as well as a number of other factors. Feel free to call me if you would like to ask me questions. Good luck.
Re: Slipped on Ice on a Boston Main Street
There are possible avenues to seek. The first appears that it could have been city property he slipped on, so you would have to try and collect under the Ma. Tort Claims Act. The second is that any of the restaurant nearby should have been responsible. In any case I feel you would have a pretty good case. You can contact me and ask for Chris or Joe. Or you can reach me at [email protected].
