Being sued
Ivebeenwith myhusband for12yrsmarriedfor6.2yrs beforei met my husbandi was raped.Theman whoraped me says he quit his job bcause i said thathe rapedme.He sat back&waited7yrstocome&saythat hequit his job because i said he raped me.I hearthere are pictures &itis said i was with 3men at once.I did not know that anything happened the night before.All i know is that i woke up to him raping me.My brand new shirt&bra were ripped almost in half.I was 21 and still a virgin before this happened.I did not go to the police or the doctor.I was scared.Ihad never been introuble before in my life.I think i was slipped something.To make a long story short the person who raped me is/was suing me.I never got any papers to go to court.I heard he was awarded 5mil$.He is getting our house,ret,myparentshouse&ret&they have to pay the rest of the jdgmt.My grandfather hasto sell his house because my father is in his will andthe rapist is getting his share of the money.What bothers me most is that the police/fbiare divorcing me&myhusbandwhat gives them the right?Can they do this?If so why?We are very much in love&want to be toghther.The authorities dont want him with me.They say hes a goodguy&im anasshole. Is statof lim up?Theres more. Please help.

It is very hard to understand everything from your posting. However, it sounds like you were not aware that you were being sued. You need to go to a lawyer to show the documents relating to this and have the attorney check the court papers. It is very likely that if you were not notified of the court case that you can have any judgment reversed. However, you will need to go to court to do this. You need to go to court immediately.
