wrongful death of dog
Sunday we boarded our dog and went on vacation for a week.
the next day we get a call from the kennel telling us our dog is dead. They said she hung her self accidentally on the cable door. We are both under doctors care. we had almost 2000.00 dollars into her for training, her cost and her medical bills. Our vacation was ruined for the week costing about 1800. dollars. I m told we can also suit for emotional stress. We have no idea whats too much to ask for emotonal stress. Can you make any sugestions?

You should file suit, but contact an attorney who can advise you on the specifics. Be careful, you may get a call from the kennel with an offer. Do not reject any offer, nor accept it. Take it, and say you would like it in a writing. You do not have to tell them who will see it - in fact I would discourage this. Then take it to your attorney.
