Legal Question in Product Liability in Massachusetts

My 4 yr old son was eating a cereal bar today and almost chocked on a small piece of wood which seems like a piece of a toothpick or something.... what should i do about this?

You almost have a case. I doubt you could make any sort of recovery for your son almost choking. Probably no lawyer would take your case on a contingent fee, but I suppose if you feel strongly about it you could hire a lawyer by the hour. Best luck.
