Legal Question in Product Liability in Massachusetts

Is this a case worth pursuing?

I am a 23yr. old college student and I drive a 2005 grand cherokee that I bought brand new in May of 2005. Last week it when in for a 30,000 mile tune up job which was about a $750.00 tune up. As I pulled out of the dealership onto rt.1 north at about 6:30pm, I felt as if my back tires were going flat. It felt like I was riding on the rims. I pulled over right away about three buildings down and noticed that my back driver seat tire was about to come off the axle. Apparently the lugnuts were not tightened properly. I am so lucky that no one including myself was hurt, but I am scared to death only becuse I keep imagining what could have happened if I didn't pull over when I did. I don't know how to move forward with this because I feel like I should just be happy to still be here, but I am very disappointed in how the dealership has handled this. They act as if this is no big deal and that i is my fault for driving onto rt.1 to get home. Keep in mind that the dealership is on rt. 1 and that is the only way to get in and out of the dealership. My family and I have bought a few cars from them and have used their services many times before. They could care less about what happened and are not taking this incident seriously.

Hello -

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but as far as I can see there are no damages. Without damages there is really nothing to pursue.
