Legal Question in Product Liability in Massachusetts
I make hand made jewelry and crafts that look like real sweets. Theese products are meant for adults as well as children. what do I need to do to legally start selling my creations,and buy wholesale? Do I need an llc? an ein #? a buisness licence? And how do I obtain these? Should I have a small parts disclaimer? Please help! I really would like to properly set myself up in buisness before I sell to the public. thank you.
