Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts

if you are 16 and take the blame for breaking and entering with malicious behavior over 250 but never entered how much trouble would i be in? Would it be a felony and would i have to do jail time?

This is a criminal question not a real estate question. If they elect to treat you as a minor it is different from being treated as an adult which the prosecutor may decide to do.

If you did not have legal counsel at the time of your pleading, I suggest you contact a criminal attorney ASAP.
