Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts

I am 16 years old. My sister was harassing me and threatening me, so I got mad and kicked her car door. The door had a small dent in it, a tiny crack, and a scuff mark from my shoe. My sister got an appraisal for it that came out to $900, but with her insurance, she only has to pay a $500 deductible. My mom was going to give her the 500 since I was the one that did the damage, but my sister found out that the back door (which I didn't damage) was included in the appraisal, too, because of multiple dents that were unrelated to the damage I caused. So since we didn't know how much the front door specifically would cost to fix, my mom told my sister that she wasn't going to give her any money until she found out what just the front door itself cost because say the front door only costs $250 to fix, while the back door costs $650. We just don't know how much of the $900 appraisal is from just the front door. So anyway, my sister got angry and told my mom she was going to take her to court because she wouldn't pay for both the front and back doors. So, my question is this: since I only damaged the front door, would this case even hold up in court? Because I'm positive my mom only has an obligation to pay for the damage that I caused.

Your sister will have to show what the cost of your damage to the front door will cost.
