abutter putting junk on my vacant lot

Can I legally remove junk an abutter has put onto a vacant lot I own? and I mean alot of junk (car parts bikes etc).

If you are concerned with courtesy, give him notice of your intent. This may lessen problems down the road.

Dumping junk is usually a violation of a local ordinance. You have that option.
