Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts
Apt. bldg. cross-meters gas service; city won't crack down
Three gas meters, five apartments. The town I live in won't do an inspection, give me a report, or force the landlord to straighten out the situation. What are my options?

I'll give those officials a little bit of gas!
In housing code violations, the state can step in where the city doesn't do their job.
