Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts

i bought a car back in july of 2009 from a small dealer in the town of framingham ma....it was a buy here pay here type of place....in nov of 2009 the head gasket in the car blew and I was unable to drive the car and I also got behind in payments and a third party (repo man) got involved for a while and my payments went to him and then in january the orginal dealer resumed my acct. At that time he offered to have the car towed and repaired and then i was to resume payments he said it would take about 2 weeks and during those first 2 weeks we were in constant contact but it has since turned into almost 8weeks and now he is not returning any phone calls or texts and i would like to know what my options are at this point to pursue getting my car back. Can someone please point me in the right direction??
